New name for coffee
In 1938, the NESTLÉ corporation introduced NESCAFÉ, a name derived from the first three letters of the NESTLÉ corporation and the addition of the suffix “café.” NESCAFÉ became the new name for coffee.
The most famous beverage
The first glass of Coca-Cola was poured on May 8, 1886, when Dr. John Pemberton brought his perfected syrup to Jacob’s Pharmacy in downtown Atlanta. From this legendary beverage, a company was born, and today, it is enjoyed daily in over 200 countries worldwide.
